We bought this rose in honor of a lost loved one from a gift certificate given to us by a special friend. This rose makes us smile and we always end up talking to the blooms as though we are having conversations with our loved one, The smiles she brings is so joyful! Now my first heirloom rose has made me a rose junkie! Thank you.

Zone 5A. I ordered 3 Birthday Girl. They arrived in good condition. All 3 are fully leafed out now .No flowers yet but it's late in our season and it's better they grow a good root system before winter. So far I'm very happy and anxious to see Birthday Girl in full bloom next year! Thank you Heirloom.

Zone 8a. I’ve only had Birthday Girl potted for a few weeks, but she’s now all leafed out and has a couple of buds as of the morning I’m posting this review. I was not expecting any blooms this year, so I’m absolutely over the moon. I’m so pleased with this rose. This rose has beautiful, deep green leaves and so healthy. I potted this rose in case I needed to adjust her placement. So far, triple digit heat for all the weeks I’ve had this rose and also in full sun. Not a burn on any leaves. It’s a happy, thriving rose.

I planted it last fall, and this spring it has a lot of thick new branches. It has been blooming continuously since April, The flowers are beautiful and can last for a week no matter it is exposed to the sun or rains. I am in 7B.

I planted Birthday Girl in the front yard to give her lots of space to grow and she has taken advantage of that and has doubled in size. I bought her in July of 2021 and she is covered in bloom, ignoring the very wet June here in the PNW. You won't be disappointed.
