Saturday Rose Academy

The Saturday Rose Academy is an on-going series of live seminars held monthly at the Heirloom Roses nursery in St. Paul.

Saturday Rose Academy at Heirloom RosesEach year in February we would invite the public to join us in the gardens for our 'Pruning Day'. We had so much fun besides getting the roses pruned that we thought "why not teach a class each month that people can come to and learn about how to select and care for their roses?" And so began the 'Saturday Rose Academy'.

We've designed these courses to take the mystery out of growing roses — so that anyone can enjoy their beauty, grace and charm in their own gardens and landscapes. Classes take place at the nursery in St. Paul Oregon. Everyone is invited. We serve coffee and light snacks. We’re confident that you will find these sessions informative and fun.

Pre-registration is preferred but not mandatory.  We’d love to meet you, so find a topic or two that interests you, bring a friend and come to the gardens!
