I have had the Jeanne Lajoie roses growing in my garden for many years, they are beautiful, hardy and hundreds of blooms !
Grew it for 30 years in Michigan zone 5. Transplanted it three times and it thrived in every spot. When I moved out of state my neighbor moved it again to her yard. Perfect, never a sign of disease or insect damage unlike all my other roses
I grew this rose for years in z 9b in California. It was a small climber with lovely arching canes and glorious perfectly pink miniature roses. Sprays of the roses were gorgeous in arrangements. No fragrance. The only down side was spent flowers stayed on the bush and I had to knock the petals off - or deadhead. I have moved to z 6b and my first Jeanne la Joie here died over the very tough winter we had. When the rose is back in stock I will purchase it again!
This small-flowered climbing rose is covered with clusters of medium pink hybrid tea form blooms. It is vibrant and hardy, and I wouldn't be without it!
