Heirloom Roses respects your right to privacy and believes in keeping your personal information confidential. Information you provide us will only be used to enhance your shopping experience and our record keeping. It is our policy to not share any information provided to us by you with anyone else.

To process your order we will need your name, e-mail address, shipping address, credit card number, and expiration date. Our secure server is designed to protect this information.

We may, from time to time, e-mail Louise's Rosy Newsletter and any Specials we offer. If you do not want this service, please let us know.

Our own-root roses are first year plants grown and shipped in special 6" deep pots, designed for tree seedlings, so that they may develop a strong root system and have no transplant shock as bare-root roses experience. The own-root roses you will receive are smaller than budded roses and grow very rapidly.
PAYMENT:
Full payment for roses, books and shipping charges must accompany your order. We accept checks, money orders VISA, Discover, and Mastercard. Oregon has no sales tax. All payment to be in U.S. funds.
ORDER FORM:
When filling out the order form, please fill in all the blanks. Acknowledgments of receipt of your order will be sent on request.

To speed handling of your order, please include the catalog item numbers. We accept VISA, Discover and Mastercard over the phone 503.538.1576 or FAX. 503.538.5902. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Pacific Time. Holidays when the office is closed are Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
SHIPPING:
Add $2.95 per plant for shipment via FedEx, Priority Mail or UPS.
Packaging and Handling charge is $4.95 per shipment.
SHIPPING FOR BOOKS and SUPPLIES:
Add 15% of the price to the total for shipping. Books and Supplies are shipped separately and usually within 7 days, depending on stock on hand.
SHIPPING SEASON:
Because our roses are potted and greenhouse grown, we are able to ship all 12 months of the year depending on weather in your area. You may plant at any time except during periods of extreme cold. Our roses are shipped semi-dormant in November, dormant from December to February, semi-dormant in early March and leafed out and growing the rest of the year. In the spring you should plan your order date to coincide with or follow the date of the last frost in you r area. Sometimes there are weather conditions en route to you that will delay departure. They should arrive within three days after leaving our nursery.
SPRING SHIPMENTS:
Our potted roses will have broken dormancy and be ready for planting in your area. They should grow rapidly in your garden.
SUMMER SHIPMENTS:
Your roses will be shipped in top condition and may be planted all summer.
Growing and planting instructions are included with each order.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
Though we try to maintain a good stock of varieties, we suggest that you order early to obtain the varieties you want. We can back-order any varieties and ship when plants are available. We have new rose crops maruting all the time. You may list substitutes if you wish.
GUARANTEE:
Due to the extra care we put into our growing and shipping, we are pleased to offer the following guarantees: We guarantee our roses to be true to variety and free of rose virus. Under normal care and conditions, they will grow and flourish. If when you receive your order and something seems wrong, please contact us immediately. If a plant fails to grow and we are notified within six months of your receipt of the order, we will replace it once. We cannot be responsible for abnormal weather conditions such as extreme heat, cold or possible neglect on the part of the gardener or other circumstances beyond our control.
GIFT CERTIFICATE:
Gift certificates are available in dollar amounts for roses, supplies or books. Each gift certificate will include a free catalog for the recipient and a card with the message of your choice.
LOCAL HOURS:
Seven days a week 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. May through August we will be opened until 5:00 pm. The Gardens and Sales Cottage are open year-round except on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, and Easter. 1500 rose varieties are blooming in our Display Gardens from May through October, and we invite you to come out and select the varieties you wish to purchase. We also have a large selection of rose books, rose gift items and rose gardening supplies, and rose trellises available in our Sales Cottage. Sorry, we do not accept will-call orders.
