A lovely Rugosa, Rosalina blooms generously with clusters of little, bright pink, single blossoms on rich green foliage, growing to a size of 3’ x 3'. In the fall, she produces beautiful, bright red hips. A rare find, but she is deer resistant! This continual bloomer will perform well in zones 3 and up.

Hardy but full of black spot

Rosalina has been a very strong grower in my garden, blooms well and was winter hardy. But it has the worst blackspot of any rose I have, and I have about 30. I cannot recommend this rose. I’m going to move it away from other roses to help prevent the spread of the fungus. It starts very early on in the season, and the many thorns make it hard to keep the bush cleaned up.

Blooms in record time!

I planted this rose the end of June and this is the middle of July and she is about 1 1/2 feet tall covered mounded with beautiful pink flowers. I have two and they are in large pots at the end of my driveway. An amazing welcome to my home.
