Buff Beauty is a charming rose with a delicate shading of gentle apricot. Her 3”, old-style, double blooms with 45+ petals are borne in small trusses, and have a strong tea rose fragrance. Keep Buff Beauty pruned low and compact or let her grow as a spreading Shrub. In warm climates, she can be trained as a short Climber. She even performs well in pots - a very versatile rose!

Great climber for me...

On the southside of a fence, my Buff Beauty is very rangy, sprawling over 20 feet on numerous branches.

A lovely fragrant climber with clusters of glowing apricot blossoms

I love this rose. When in bloom, the clusters of apricot roses hang down so that you can view their beauty from below. Mine is a climber and is against a sunny brick wall in Newport Rhode Island. When it blooms, I just can’t get enough of those gorgeous bunches of blossoms! I have two other hybrid musks, Ballerina and Bukavu, which are both lovely, but not as spectacular as Buff Beauty!

Fantastic

I've grown this rose at every house I've owned. It's very fragrant and the big spring flush is spectacular. Mine have all gotten large and lush with nearly total neglect; I occasionally tie up some canes to keep it a bit contained. I don't spray, rarely feed or water once it's established. It's easy and gorgeous. Buff Beauty does best with some room and some support. Just moved to a new house, need a new Buff Beauty!
