A group of roses from the "Harkness" family of England comes roses that have won many awards throughout the world and that have been marketed in France and Germany as “English Legend” roses for several years. Most are wonderfully fragrant with a number of different perfumes and are long-lasting as cut blooms. The “English Legend Roses™” fall somewhere between the ‘English Roses’ and the ‘Romantica's’. Their main features are a wider range of colors than either of the other groups of rose bushes. They tend to have more fragrance than the ‘Romanticas’ and are a much more compact rose bush than most of the David Austin® English Rose introductions. Hardy zones 5/6 through 10.
