Details
Winner of the Royal National Rose Society of England's Gold Medal in 1992. Only one such award is given every year to the best of nearly 100 different varieties tested from the top rose breeders of England, Europe and America. `Baby Love' won over all the Hybrid Teas, Floribundas, Shrubs and other roses entered in the trials. It will make a wonderful specimen plant, a great hedge and may be planted in containers. The rose is upright and densely foliaged with bright green leaves that are a backdrop for the hundreds of blooms that are produced each year. The profusion of rich, buttercup yellow, single flowers are about 2 1/2" and have eye-catching golden centers. The sweetly fragrant flowers are produced in small clusters on short stems. A plant of `Baby Love' is a standout in the garden. Always covered in bloom.
