Like her parent plant, Fragrant Cloud, Typhoo Tea packs a punch with her strong, citrus-spice fragrance. This bi-color rose of salmon with a silvery white eye reverse has classically shaped blooms with a petal count of 35+ stretching across a diameter of 4-5”. She blooms in flushes throughout the season but prefers cooler weather and doesn’t tolerate excessive heat.

Doesn't like my West coast location, I guess

Has never done well. Black spot. I am going to give up after 4 years, and toss it. It does have a good fragrance. Very thorny.

Beautiful, fragrant rose.

I received three different varieties of tea roses. The Typhoo Tea was in good condition and has grown swiftly. It has had one exquisitely beautiful bloom that is very fragrant and another bud soon to bloom. I received these this year and planted immediately. And, it is now approximately four feet tall, beautiful foliage, and I could not be more pleased.

Simply the best

Ive grown this rose over many years. It is a strong vigorous grown with extremely fragrant roses. It is an offspring of Fragrant Cloud. I heartily recommend it. I won many awards for its blossoms at Rose Shows. Strong fragrance!
