HardyReview by Katie
I planted mine in Portland in 2003, and it grew huge to become the centerpoece of my garden with the addition of coffee grounds, until I rented out my house for a few years and it ceased to be cared for. When I moved it to my new place in 2013 it was a sad sight, and I even had to dig and replant it in late July of all times. I put it in a shady spot at the NE corner of my house but it has grown huge and vibrant again, right next to the chicken yard where it gets lots of manure. This thing refuses to die. I've only ever used organic sprays on it. Very hardy, fragrant and dreamy in color. I like it at its most open stage of dusty lavender. Don't over prune this one. Just keep the center hollow for air and light. Prune back every three years or if it gets leggy. (Posted on 4/5/2016)

Have had this rose for several years. The coloring is unique; has to be seen in person - breathtaking. While many of my roses didn't make it through the 2013-2014 winter, this rose is fine, full of blooms as I type. I live in the Washington metropolitan area and highly recommend this rose.
