Hybrid tea form, a rose of great delicate beauty. The lemon yellow edged red buds unfurl to display double 4-5" blooms of lemon yellow that are borne in clusters on a continual blooming bush. A new favorite for me!Review by elizabeth
This was my first purchase from Heirloom Roses and it did not disappoint! I planted this rose in late May and it has produced blooms all summer long and well into the fall. The blooms are a pale yellow with a lovely scent. I can't wait to see what happens next spring! I am in zone 4. (Posted on 9/28/2017)
Gorgeous, continually in bloomReview by seattlejanie
I planted my april moon rose just last year, it grew quickly & was almost always covered in blooms. They start out pale yellow, and often aged to be covered in pink dapple - especially in cooler weather. It was blooming december, during our unusually cold winter. I wish I could post a picture, but the flowers are variable & beautiful. Not at all a uniform pale yellow or cream. (Posted on 2/2/2017)
Very strong Review by April Moon Theresa
I purchase April moon in 2004 and the bushes are now about 5' high. They bloom until they are covered in snow! I love they can withstand a freeze or two. I have had many many blooms and have enjoyed the past 9 years with my beauties! (Posted on 11/11/2013)
Gorgeous roseReview by Martha from Maine
I love yellow roses but haven't had much luck with them in my zone 5 garden until I purchased April Moon from Heirloom Roses. This was its second summer in its Maine home and at one point in late August, although the plant itself is still only about two feet high, it was covered with multiple gorgeous pale yellow blooms. The shape of the flower is lovely and it has a wonderful scent. All in all, a perfect choice for a yellow rose in a colder climate. (Posted on 9/6/2013)
