Great Rose Review by Meredith
This is a great rose where blooms change color from a soft orange to a deep mauve. So pretty and no issues with disease. (Posted on 5/15/2017)
Great rose for demanding climatesReview by brekkei
I've had two Cinco de Mayo roses for two years in Austin, Texas. Both plants have shown good drought tolerance, tolerate the extreme heat, and are also highly resistant to blackspot and mildew when the weather gets wet and humid. After a humid fall and then a rainy spring when many of my other roses developed blackspot or mildew, this rose didn't show any signs of disease and I don't spray any of my roses.

Also, this rose blooms profusely (even when the temperatures reach 100+ Fahrenheit for months at a time, and the flowers change color with time which makes it a very beautiful addition to my garden.

My New Favorite Rose!!Review by BT9327
This has to be the most beautiful rose. The coloration in this rose is constantly changing from bright oranges to deep rosey colors smoky purples and soft corals. This is it's 2nd year in the ground and it has already out performed all of my other roses. The first year, it seemed a little slow to start with only a handful of blooms and maybe almost doubled in size, though very small to start. This year, it has gotten to be a nice sized bush and the blooms have been non-stop! Haven't had any problems with black spot or anything and we've had more than our share of rain so far this season! I wasn't sure at first, if I was sold on Heirloom Roses, but now, I must say I am completely sold! (Posted on 6/28/2013)
