I planted my “Etoile De Hollande” roses early this past Spring. I’m thrilled to say that after six months, they are thriving. Beautiful roses with a heavy scent that is out of this world.

Fun Trivia - Clark Gable planted a mile and a half of these roses along thei driveway of his Encino, California Ranch for his wife, Carole Lombard, as they were her favorite.

Spectacular (Posted on 10/3/2018)

Mom grew these beautiful fragrant roses in San Antonio TX for years in the 1960s- 1970s. I was just a kid, so I don’t know how difficult they were to manage, but I don’t remember seeing mom working too hard on them. Beautiful fragrance! (Posted on 4/3/2018)
I fell in love ...Review by Susanna

This rose grew in my garden in Virginia; it became my favorite red climber. In fact, it was the only red climber that performed well in Arlington ... vigorous with no rust, no mildew. It was exceptionally lovely on the fence in the back garden where a deep purple clematis also grew. I'm patiently waiting for it to be back in stock so I can have it in my garden in Arizona.
