Ecstatic to Have French Lace BackReview by Milwaukee Rose
Rating
Years ago I planted and then replanted and replanted French Lace in my Milwaukee, WI garden. I failed so often to keep her not realizing she is seldom hardy enough for our Zone 5 conditions. I tried several times, because of all the roses I've ever seen, the creamy beauty of French Lace is gorgeous beyond words - my absolute favorite. Upon reading the Heirloom website, I noted this plant is hardy to Zone 6 only (something not shared by other websites or my local garden centers). Wise to this now, I have French Lace planted in a very large pot and she will be moved into the shelter of our attached garage for the winter. I'm delighted to have her precious presence again in our gardens. The exceptional quality of the plant Heirloom Roses provided enabled French Lace to explode with seldom-seen vigor and she bloomed beautifully just a few weeks after being planted. Thank you Heirloom Roses!!! (Posted on 9/19/2018)
Beautiful little roseReview by Carol

My boyfriend (now husband) bought this rose for me years ago. Alas, it lived for many years but it's time came to go to rose heaven. What I loved about it was the beautiful flowers, the baby powder fragrance and good disease resistance. The small dark green foliage has been called "holly-like". There is a now pink sport of French Lace available with all the great characteristics of this variety.

I have been captivated by this rose ever since planting my first bush over 25 years ago. It is total elegance and perfection, a creamy white with just a hint of apricot, and a light perfume. (Posted on 10/30/2017)

I bought the French Lace rose for my mother. She had this same rose years ago before she moved from her house to a duplex. She has been thoroughly delighted to see the same beautiful roses from her new plant... and it was just its first year! (Posted on 9/14/2017)
