Good As Gold

Type: Hybrid Tea

This bold rose is an attention grabber. It starts with long, pointed buds which burst into orange-yellow blooms with a kiss of red on the petal edges. They are often described as a blooming machine as they provide an abundance of long-stemmed beauties that are perfect for cutting. The 5” diameter blooms have 26-40 petals and give off a moderate, grapefruit and citrus fragrance.

Beautiful Rose!Review by Nola
This is an outstanding rose. First year and it has put out some of the most beautiful blooms, and the scent is heavenly. It looks beautiful next to Munstead Wood! (Posted on 9/6/2017)
Rates a 10Review by Flatbroke Farm
Best rose in my garden. Gorgeous folliage and the flowers just keep coming. Disease resistant and prolific. It's a 10! (Posted on 6/19/2017)
Great rose!Review by Cynthia
Not only is this rose amazing to see as it's blooms change color, but it is a very vigorous plant. We had a very odd Fall, Winter and Spring in Michigan and my dogs knocked all the canes off over the winter and the rose is growing like a weed. Another rose I planted at the same time did make it through the winter. I ordered this one because it was on sale and now it is my favorite. The pictures do not do it justice. (Posted on 5/8/2017)
late bloomer!Review by Rachel
I only got this rose a few months ago, and didn't expect it to do anything the first year. It has already tripled in size, and has had several blooms, the last two in November opened after frosty nights. I am eagerly looking forward to the coming year. (Posted on 12/25/2016)
PerfectReview by Colleen
I got the smaller pot. This rose is exactly as described; the most beautiful color and as with all my Heirloom Roses in perfect health and condition. My roses are a show stopper. Heirloom Roses is my place to get quality, healthy, as described roses for my Texas fledgling rose garden! (Posted on 6/12/2016)
