Too Cute and Super Hardy!Review by AZ Rose Lover
This is a true "micro-mini", and it is small but mighty! It's cutest little thing - literally - but tough as nails. Had blooms all summer long here in the Sonoran desert, didn't even flinch at our lovely 122F day that topped the charts and chugged right through Fall with adorable little flowers! No issues with a bit of frost either, and seems to be very resistant to pests and diseases...although we really don't get much in the way of those with our arid climate. It is now looking fabulous and sporting its new spring growth; lots of teensy flower buds.

I do pamper my roses a bit in this climate - raised beds with drip irrigation, lots of mulch, non-native soil - but even so the heat can be a bit much and this little rose does so well in our full summer sun for most of the day (some afternoon shade) that I have been very impressed. I have Hi planted at the very front of a raised bed full of mostly Austin roses with some low ground-cover plants on either side and it's always a conversation-starter! (Posted on 4/8/2017)
