Frequently Asked Questions
- What if the rose I want is out of stock?
A: Our roses are always growing, and we make it easy to know when the rose you desire is back in stock. Simply enter your email address in the box that says “Notify Me” on the page of the rose that you want and we will automatically contact you when it is available again. Unfortunately, this applies to varieties of roses only, and not container sizes.
A: As long as you were logged into your account when you asked to be notified, you may view this information. Log into your account and go to Account on the left hand navigation bar. Open up My Out Of Stock Subscriptions to view them all.
- When will my rose ship?
A: With our ‘Buy Now, Ship Anytime” program, you can be sure that you don’t miss out on your favorites roses even if it is not the best time for you to plant. Simply select your desired ship week on the calendar at the time of checkout and we will care for your rose for you until you are ready to receive it.
- When shipping to someone else, where can I add a short note?
A: We offer beautiful greeting cards available for purchase to go along with your special order. We will customize the card with the greeting of your choice. To view our greeting cards, simply go to Gift Cards.
- Can I see the list of roses I chose to be notified about?
A: Yes, as long as you were logged into your account when you asked to be notified. Log into your account than go to Account on the left hand side open up My Out Of Stock Subscriptions.
- How can I get a catalog?
Unfortunately, we no longer produce a paper catalog. Our entire collection is available at heirloomroses.com.
- Where do I enter my gift code, gift certificate or promo code?
A: There is a box in the shopping cart labeled “Promotion and Gift Codes”. Please remember, you must be logged in to your Heirloom Roses account for redemption. Be sure to click “Apply Coupon” after entering your code.
- My shipping address is different than my billing address. How do I show this?
A: During checkout, you will be prompted to choose “Ship To A Different Address” then click Continue, you will then be in the Shipping info screen.
