Currently Growing! This Rose Will Be Available Again When It Meets Quality Standards

Practically perfect in every way, the rose named after actress Julie Andrews is nothing short of marvelous. While this rose is newer in the U.S., it was named the "Most Beautiful rose of the Century" at the International New Rose Competition in France. Julie Andrews is a compact Hybrid Tea suitable for containers and has an upright, bushy growth habit. Her fully double, 4"-5" blooms of a deep pink and a golden yellow reverse cascade across disease-resistant foliage and exude a strong but delicate fragrance. Add her to the list of your “favorite things” in your garden and you won’t be disappointed!

As Beautiful as the Name

I like everything about this rose from its dark healthy leaves to the flowers. The plant came looking very “fragile & small”, it didn’t look very promising upon arrival. I put it in a pot in full sun. It’s getting fuller, not much taller but the flowers are so beautiful. I love the waves & color. If I have a large garden, I would designate a special place for this rose. The smell is good not strong.

Stunning!

I received her this Spring and planted her in a whiskey barrel with Happy Frog soil. She has tripled in size and is blooming her pretty little head off in the low 60’s day/ high 30’s night. I wish i could add a picture of one of her half furled buds as they are unbelievably gorgeous. The perfume is faint but hey, it IS late November. VERY happy with this rose.

An absolutely gorgeous rose! The bloom lasts a long time too! I have one in a pot but it’s so gorgeous I’m going to order more!

Yes Please!

Full disclosure, I did not purchase this rose from Heirloom. But my Julie Andrews is SO spectacular, I wanted to make sure that it had reviews. It is a MUST. The blooms are stable yet look elegant and effortless. I didn't detect a strong smell but it was fresh. The color is breathtaking. Right now, I have mine in a container given our unbearably hot weather and it is thriving. This is a MUST ( yes, I know I said that already!)....
