Planted in zone 5. This rose bloomed 3 times this summer after planting in late June/early July. After the first time it bloomed I was a little worried...the color was not right - kind of pink but after that first blooming it was just like the picture. The second and third blooming the rose was beautiful and looked just like it was supposed to. I love this rose and was very impressed with how many times it bloomed and how quickly it bloomed after planting. (Posted on 11/9/2018)

This one was purchased at a local Nursery last spring.. Was already blooming and quite an attractive bush. Loved it's unique color. Even though it is planted in partial shade, it has done very well. One downer.....it has no fragrance. We'll see how it does over the winter in zone #5. (Posted on 10/27/2018)

I saw this rose growing in the Corvallis, OR, Rose garden on September 12, and was glad to find that I can purchase it from Heirloom. The red petals with yellow underside are so lovely and unique, and the foliage was bright green, lush, spotless and very attractive. Lots of blooms. I will be planting this beauty next spring. Odd name though. (Posted on 9/13/2018)

I purchased it in July 2018 (it is now the end of august 2018) and it has already grown, bushed out quite a bit and already has already bloomed twice! It is very pretty but only looks like the picture in the very beginning stage where the bud is starting to open. After the bud opens it is more like a red rose with yellow in the center. I have purchased roses from other places online and they NEVER bloomed the same year and really did not grow very much until the following year...I couldn't believe how quickly this rose grew and bloomed. I will only purchase my roses from this company from now on...they are a little more expensive but they are totally worth it. I am in zone 5 (usually it would be zone 6 but I purchase zone 5 roses because every few years we have a super cold winter). (Posted on 8/31/2018)

I am in zone 6 and it had a slow time getting started this summer but is now full of blooms and dark foliage. I am enjoying its rich colors. (Posted on 8/30/2018)

First year keeping roses and planted this one in a large pot June 3rd (very small amount of leaves), as of July 7th there is a beautiful large cherry red rose that still looks the same on July 10th w/ 5 more buds and counting. You have to see in person! (Posted on 7/10/2018)

I did not buy the rose here but just had to comment on this rose!!! I absolutely hated the name it sounded so clumsy as to what you get. The unusual combination of red with yellow is stellar! Wile in bud and ready to open
It gives the rose a subdued shading on the outside and the inside glows like coals and embers.... absolutely breathtaking glow - I’m captivated by this rose and would definitely buy more if I had known it’s such s knockout!!! (Posted on 5/8/2018)
Hardy, prolific, bright red and yellow colorsReview by Amarillo Pete

Have had a plant for 2 years and is is amazing. Nothing bothers it, heat, cold, bugs. It started blooming in April and still has blossoms in December despite 3 or 4 freezes. The plant from Heirloom was potted up in June and started blooming in 3 weeks and continued until November. No scent but it is prolific bloomer that does not fade. Neighbors love its bright red and yellow colors. Will store in cold garage and plant in April. A real keeper. (Posted on 12/5/2017)

This is a tough little rose, that is unique and beautiful at the same time. Great conversation piece as no one has seen anything like it! (Posted on 8/16/2017)

no experience with it - it's promising and tantalizing to purchase also it's compact size makes me ask if it would do well in a pot? especially I have adequate space but burdened by bedrock - so do use smaller champion roses in some pots - if they do well there. Will check my usual resources for additional information. How is it delivered - bareroot or in a pot? (Posted on 2/3/2017)
