Type: Hybrid Tea

Shapely pointed buds set against glossy green leaves produce huge red blooms having a nice spiral center. After opening they become loosely cupped with wavy, infolded petals in the middle of the bloom. The plant grows very vigorously, making many shoots with a stiff upright habit. The foliage when young is a reddish color that becomes dark green as they mature.

Beautiful red roseReview by Judith
Liebeszauber is a long lasting gorgeous red rose. Planted in the fall in Zone 6, Southeast Michigan. It bloomed almost immediately upon receiving it, cut one of the blooms and it lasted a full week in a vase. Looking forward to 2018 to see this rose bloom once again. (Posted on 12/26/2017)
A BeautyReview by Valli
Liebeszauber makes large reddish rose flowers . It is a good producer even here in Hawaii. I bought a second one and am hoping for continued good results. Thank you Heirloom for your consistent good service and being reliable! (Posted on 6/22/2017)
My favorite red rose....Review by Susan
It is a strong and vigorous grower, producing near-perfect flowers. Heavily feed, though, or repeat blossoms won't be as large as the first bloom.
Visitors often exclaim over its beauty. (Posted on 6/28/2014)
One of the best reds!Review by rosemama
I've had this rose in my garden for 5 years now. It is just gorgeous! It blooms so prolifically in early June that we used it coupled with Pink Peace in a huge bouquet on the cake table at my daughter's wedding. I received so many compliments on the roses! It takes a little break after the first flush here in southern Idaho and then comes back with a fewer blossoms, but keeps it up till nearly Thanksgiving. Just a lovely cut red rose. The bush has a nice, tidy shape too, with dark green leaves. No health problems to date. (Posted on 5/26/2014)
