A lovely rose very full pink blooms that have a nice ace t ! She arrived safely in excellent condition and has grown into a small climber that is much easier to maintain than her Mother (New Dawn)!💚

Exceptional

My Awakening rose arrived in a pot looking very healthy. I planted it the next day and it has thrived ever since. It has already grown noticeably and I look forward to many years of beautiful flowers.

Excellent

I am in zone 10 A Florida . Awakening rose in the most beautiful in my very young garden. I bought more then 100 roses during one and 1/2 year in “Heirloom roses “ The Awakening climbing rose is taking space on the center , covering the arch Only one year since planting it and didn’t stop blooming all the summer till now in February The flowers as beautiful as on the pictures Soft pinky white Every morning I go with cup of coffee to the arch first Sophisticated aromatic and elegant tender look of Awakening makes my days happy I am in love with that rose ! Definitely I recommend to have it everyone

Great start!

I recently planted two Awakening roses and they already have bloom buds. They are growing rapidly, hopefully they will cover the large wooden trellis. Great start!

Vigorous in shade

I am new to roses, but wanted some climbers to hide and soften some very tall, blinding white fences. I put Awakening through the wringer last year (along with two other climbers from Heirloom Roses), as I ordered in spring and then needed to wait to plant them until late November when we completed our DIY patio project. All during that time, I kept the roses in their original pots and plastic bags out in the sun, watering them and occasionally feeding with Alaska fish fertilizer. Now this spring all three of them are doing amazing, despite their not-ideal conditions last season. Awakening is the most vigorous climber so far, spreading out a great deal horizontally as well as vertically, and already has 20+ buds at the beginning of May. It only receives a few hours of sun at this point in the season, facing north with a fence at its back. I was grateful for the reviews that mentioned shade, to help me in choosing a rose for this location. I am incredibly impressed with the quality of plants from Heirloom Roses... and promise to be more ready the next time I want another rose. :-)

Zone 7b (temperate, long growing season)
