Beautiful rose, I’m looking forward to seeing it grow! Heirloom Roses rock! They have a great selection of roses, they are great quality and packaged with care. They have wonderful catalogue too and I like that they provide planting instructions and tips. I would definitely recommend!

Large, Healthy Rose!

I received this rose in mid-Sept so have had it about a month. It is SO much larger and healthier looking than any other rose I have purchased from other well regarded and reputable sources. Immediately developed healthy looking new growth after planting. I regret not having purchased my other roses here. I look forward to seeing how this one does in my Iowa/Zone 5 garden but so far it has exceeded expectations!

Healthy & Fast Growing

I purchased the Night Owl rose because my sister used to own one that bloomed vigorously in partial sun under a towering pine tree. It was a giant, sprawling rose that thrived with very little care and it’s burgundy/plum (depending on light) open-faced blooms, with their cheerful yellow centers, covered the entire plant. To top it all off, the fragrance is deeply and intoxicatingly “rose”, like the wild roses that grow in many regions of the U.S.. And like those wild roses, Night Owl has lots of thorns! It’s not my usual color choice for the garden, but is a spectacular addition to any garden. Mine is already growing strong (though still short of course) and budded out after only 4-6 weeks in the ground.

Happy rose

This rose is very hardy. I’m in zone 7b and I’ve never babied it and it still blooms every year. My husband even broke off a cane by accident and thru it in some soil and it friggin took off. Now I have another! It’s such a happy looking rose. I have it weaved into a fence. The deer haven’t demolished it but my goats tried a few times! :)

Vigorous Grower

This is a beautiful and uniquely colored rose which grows like there is no tomorrow! I've had this rose for about 7 years now and it is still growing strong, always producing thick strong canes and lots of flowers. The roses are a dark purple, blackish burgandy color where their centers are a bright yellow. Fun rose to have in the garden!
