The Perfect Red Rose!
If Dracula's Brides Had Roses... Black Lady Would Be It!

Black Lady is my favorite red rose of all time, and I have quite a few deep red roses in my collection! Her growth habit looks like it was ripped from the pages of an illustrated Grimm fairy tale - her jet black buds open into ombre black to burgundy to blood red blooms, with the sexiest pointed petals all around the bottom tiers. Black Lady lasts for a week or more in a vase, and her long, perfectly straight stems and big, voluptuous blooms make her the centerpiece of most of my dark floral bouquets from spring all the way through into the fall. The photos really don't do this rose justice - once you grow Black Lady in your garden, old favorites like Mister Lincoln will pale in comparison. If you are a fan of dark, sexy roses, Black Lady is a must-have!

Lovely form, deep red, and very fragrant

Vigorous growth. Beautiful buds and form. Producing many blooms for the first year. No signs of pests or disease. Very showy.

Stunning

This rose is beautiful! Amazing fragrance and large blooms. Unfortunately my yard guy hit it with a weed wacker but she's slowly coming back.

Lovely Form, Fragrance and Color

We obtained this rose last year, and have fallen hard for it. The form, fragrance and color are, for us, outstanding. We love it, and hope you will as well.
