Beverly™

Type: Hybrid Tea

This rose will stop you in your tracks and make you fall in love with its perfect light pink color and its over-the-top and exceptional fragrance. The citrus, fruity fragrance has been compared to the smell of oranges, peaches, pears and plums. Very full blooms with up to 45 petals are borne mostly solitary and have a high-centered bloom form. They grow on a tall (up to 32” tall and 20” wide), bushy and upright plant with healthy, dark green foliage. While the rose may look a gentle soul, it’s tough when it comes to fighting diseases – it offer good resistance to blackspot and mildew. There’s a reason why this rose has won so many medals around the world.

Impressive specimen, BeverlyReview by Henry

Got a gallon size planted last month and has gotten 3 flowers already and growing quite impressively healthy and vigorous, expect more blooms for the rest of summer. Flower size is as described when ordered from Heirloom roses. Color is stunning and quite a head turner, got many compliments from FB post. Quite positive experience being a first timer to plant roses of this caliber.

I first met this rose in a rose garden in Portland. I live in Indiana. I searched high and low to find it on the web. Heirloom Roses became my favorite place to shop after finding it and many more unique roses that I saw in that Portland Rose garden.
This rose is fantastic!! It is the most vigorous rose in my rose garden of 28+ bushes. The many blooms are large and the scent is very strong and mesmerizing. And the fact that it is doing well after 2 winters in northern Indiana makes me love it even more.
I have a dear friend named Beverly and we are !000's of miles apart but she and her family enjoys the photos that I post of this rose.
If I had to narrow my rose garden down to only a few, Beverly would be at the TOP of the list. (Posted on 3/10/2017)

This rose is becoming one of my favourites. Healthy, dark green leaves, with wonderful maroon-red, new growth, and masses of exquisite long lasting blooms with an intoxicating fragrance. No signs of mildew or black spot. I'm happy! (Posted on 1/16/2017)
Excellent in every way!Review by Helen

The picture really does not do this rose justice! The bloom is a rich, bright pink airbrushed with silvery white on the reverse and base. It holds up well both on the bush and in the vase. The gorgeous buds spiral open in a swirl of pink and white, The open flower is of the old-fashioned type, with a shallow, wide, rather open cup...very romantic looking. The fragrance is exquisite!

Being own-rooted, it was small and a bit slow to develop. Two years later, my bush is more than 30" tall, full, and healthy. It has resisted blackspot very well, even here in Florida. On average it produces 3 - 3 1/2" roses, but when the Florida heat and humidity subside, the production of beautiful roses increases dramatically, as does the size (4-5").

Beverly is a very satisfying rose to grow because it really has it all, and I love it!! (Posted on 12/21/2016)
What a gem!Review by mw545

Not only is the color delightful- it has depth yet maintains its delicacy- but it has a gorgeous cupped flower and an extraordinary scent- a combination of citrus and peaches. This is the first season I am growing it but my initial experience is a very positive one. I am a container gardener on the east coast of the U.S. and the size of this rose makes it very manageable. I can't wait to see how it develops over the coming seasons! So far, I am thrilled! (Posted on 5/25/2016)
