What a showstopper! They arrived by mistake and it turned out to be love at first sight. The flowers change color from yellow to apricot to cherry and almost-crimson as they die. For me these roses are the perfect summer flowers with their forever-evolving healthy, natural beauty. (Posted on 7/14/2017)
Fantastic colors but with limitationsReview by Al

Hardy, fast growing. Climbed to over 10 feet in year two. Fantastic colors on the blooms. BUT it has the nastiest thorns I have ever seen on a rose which makes it tough to train onto a trellis. Also, it is not continually blooming. It blooms then goes somewhat dormant for a month then reblooms. You get this rose because of the amazing color!

If it continuously bloomed, I would give it 5 stars. (Posted on 7/5/2017)
Heirloom Roses are the best!Review by Debra

I bought a rose plant from Heirloom and one from another place that was half the cost (and half the size) as an experiment, and right out of the gate the Heirloom rose was more vigorous, grew faster, seems to be much healthier, and bloomed more profusely than its spindly cousin. This is the two roses' second season and the Heirloom rose is already going great guns and is well over four times bigger than the same type rose I planted at the same time. So this experiment tells me that Heirloom roses in general and this one in particular are well worth the little extra money - they are out-performing everything else in my garden! Grows really fast! Also have not had any mildew or blackspot, which is really common for roses in the Pacific northwest. The colors are amazing as well. I have it on an arbor trellis and I get so many compliments! (Posted on 4/11/2017)

Planted in the spring. This plant survived the Mississippi summer and a drought without extra TLC! (Posted on 1/28/2017)

Very different multi color rose that changes color through its bloom. Large quanties of flowers. Best bloom is first. Blooms decently to the fall. Black spot can be an issue but not a major concern. Low climbing habits with lots of thorns. (Posted on 11/11/2016)

Ordered this rose and it came extremely well packed. After following the directions for planting, I already have tons of new growth. First blooms have occurred and the color is just like the picture. I ordered 4 different roses at the same time and all are doing well. Nice job all!!!

I received him in May, healthy. It us now June 21st and I have 2 beautiful roses and a few more rosebuds. When the sun shines on him just right, he looks aflame or glowing. Wish I could attach my picture. (Posted on 6/20/2016)
Breathtaking BeautyReview by Gail

The newly opened buds on this climbing rose have a center that glows with a warm yellow light like a burning ember. The longer the flower is exposed to the sun, the redder it becomes. There is a slight fragrance, as well. This is a strong grower and it seems to thrive on neglect. I've grown this beauty for 20+ years in the same spot and it's still blooming reliably! My only negative comment is its tendency to fall victim to blackspot. Of course, in the Puget Sound region of Washington, most every rose does! (Posted on 5/26/2016)

On a trellis behind other roses of similar shades, this is georgeous - ties the whole rose garden together. It's my husband's joy to view it in the morning when the sun comes through the petals. It gets rave reviews from company, too. (Posted on 6/5/2014)

This is the rose I started with when I started my garden. It is still my best performer and the most beautiful show-off in bloom! Heirloom sent me healthy stock and I could not be happier with this bush. (Posted on 4/7/2014)
