The roses are colored like the pictures show . I have had a some buds and they have been beautiful , but my bush it’s self has struggled probably the most out of all of the 13 roses is I have bought from Heirloom Roses . I keep expecting it to die . If I lose one it will probably be this one . It’s about a year old . I have bought the fish fertilizer from Heirloom as well and I do use it. It’s stinks up the yard but OMG it really help the roses !

Beautiful Apricot

I planted this rose along with 4 others, and it's the first one to bloom. A single beautiful bloom, so far. It is very lightly fragrant. I hope it becomes more fragrant as it grows. I planted it in early May so its been about 3 weeks from olanting to bloom. This is my first experience with roses from HR, and I'm looking forward to seeing these beautiful roses in bloom.

Beautiful color, prolific blooms when cared for

I bought this rose for the gorgeous apricot color and compact size, planted it in the end of June in Tennessee and it has done well. It is truly beautiful when in bloom, but I would warn it needs to be regularly treated with sulfur for blackspot in humid areas or else it will lose its leaves. It also does not do well if crowded by other plants. I think I prefer roses with more petals, as it opens very fast and the blooms are done opening in a day, but they last when open for quite a while. The quality of the shrub and all the shrubs I have bought from HR have been amazing. I bought 16 shrubs this season for a new cottage garden and every single one began growing well as soon as planted.

So Disappointed

We live in zone 6 and I bought this rose for my daughter who opened her practice, thinking it was a really nice gift for out front of her building. But it did not make it through the Winter. We mulched it heavily and it was already in a protected place. But Spring of 2022 showed it would not be a conversation starter, as it was dead. I have been growing and showing roses since the early 1980s. We were so upset. So do not get this rose for zone 6 Winters, even though it says down to zone 5!

Blooming for the first time

My By Appointment is blooming for the first time, tiny rose but pretty. Hope to see bigger roses next season.

This is a banded rose so it takes time.
