Parade Day offers all of the childhood excitement of a local parade with large blooms of an intense, eye-catching pink splashed and speckled with white. This rose is reminiscent of streamers and sparklers at a small-town parade. She produces incredibly prolific blooms in clusters with excellent color retention and a strong, citrusy fragrance with a hint of spice. Her large, glossy green leaves shine as the backdrop for her 4-5” blooms. This rose makes the grade and is a truly spectacular rose. We love her in the cutting garden and performs well in pots on patios or balconies too! What’s not to love?

Pretty but not impressed yet

The rose is pretty but it seems to blow fast. It also defoliates with blackspot in our humidity. It’s on year two for me. Still pretty small and has only given me a few blooms this year. I want to love it, but I don’t yet.

Parade Day

Arrived with little to no foliage but in a few weeks time, has now exploded with rich dark green leaves & is just about ready to put out her 1st blooms! So far so good.

Even better

The update on this one is that it has become one of my favorites from Heirloom: non-stop blooms resists all disease, the color and deep green leaves are a beautiful contrast.

Nice When It Blooms

This is my second year with Parade Day. This year it has yielded one bud, which should fully bloom soon. Not impressed with this rose bush yet.

I LOVE Parade Day! It is so beautiful, with its sassy stripes and clusters of blooms. The buds are beautiful and then comes the full flower and WOW! It has a light scent too and does well as a cut flower. This one is my favorite Heirloom Rose - So Far!
