Bought this rose for myself and then later for a friend. We used to live in Chicago so it was a good fit. My friend's mom passed away so instead of cut flowers that die soon this rose was a lasting rembrance of her mom. (Posted on 10/12/2017)

Stared my new garden in may, planted a new chicago peace and it is just lovely! Zone 9b Az
Truly Huge Blooms on long healthy stems perfect for cutting. I however will wait until next year to cut. This was a new bush and I can't bare to cut it until it is a bit more mature and the flowers are in abundance. This bush is very vigorous and healthy, no fungus or insects have bothered this bush. Keeping the garden as organic as I can and so far some neem mixed up with lavendar and a small squirt of Dr brommers in a spray bottle has kept her tip top (Posted on 1/1/2015)
