Excellent RoseReview by Teresa
Rating
I wanted a pretty but tough rose to plant behind my low, evergreen hedge along the sidewalk in front of my house. All the Hi, Neighbors I planted have survived bad winters and my frequent neglect. I have been very pleased with Hi, Neighbor, and get comments from neighbors on the big, eye-catching blooms (perfectly named for the spot they are in!). My blooms are a deep, glowing pinkish red with great substance that hang on for a long time and keep coming until frost. An excellent rose! (Posted on 10/12/2017)
