Beautiful, healthy, shade tolerant, AND fragrant!Review by Tessie
What a gorgeous rose! Mine came as a band last year and has been growing nicely. I planted her in the shade of a pomegranate tree, and she is quite happy there. Disease pressure here in Southern California (zone 9b) is very high for mildew and rust, and Siwa has not a speck of either. She has just started to bloom, and to my surprise and delight she is VERY fragrant (contrary to what Help Me Find says). Flowers are a delicate shade of pink and show promise of rivalling one of my all time favs Felicite Parmentier in beauty. (Posted on 4/28/2013)
